Attendees at the Dec. 7 Save Coal River Mountain rally outside DEP headquarters were "treated "to blaring coal truck horns throughout most of the event, despite noise ordinances in Kanawha City. When one coal truck driver decided to come down the alley just behind our speakers podium, OVECs Vivian Stockman saw what was about to happen, and stopped him.
