New DEP Office is ... Interesting

From an e-mail OVEC received recently:

"Have you been to the new (WV Dept. of Environmental Protection) building yet ?

"It’s like a maze for observing/training mice ... multiple long intersecting hallways, with no protrusions to break up the solid walls or to indicate offices until you come upon them...

"It reminds me of the permitting process where the public can wander aimlessly in the hopes of finding that one little opening where some semblance of assistance or answers might be found if you happen to be lucky enough to stumble into the right one."
