Article on Don Blankenship

I hope the person who wrote the article dripping with adoration for Mr. Destroy the environment and Rape the Southern coalfields Blankenship, has wiped all the brown from his or her nose. Mr. Blankenship has shown his disdain for the people and land of West Virginia repeatedly. Massey pollutes our waters and floods our land without any thought to the people or the environment that suffer from his companys carelessness.

The people of Logan County need a real newspaper, one that does not constantly bough down and worship any person or company that spends large amount of money to advertise in its pages. Why don't you print articles on the coal dust that covers many communities that Massey produces coal in or the poor drinking water?

Since Blankenship took over the reigns of Massey their stock has plummeted and so has their reputation in the state. Ask any worker of Massey's and you will find the overwhelming response being of poor treatment and dissatisfaction in the company. So come on and stand up, wipe or noses and be a real paper, stop prostituting ourselves to the highest bidder.
