Saturday Health Fair in Huntington


HOPE TO SEE YOU AT TREEHUGGERS’ BALL 

Tomorrow, Friday June 4 is OVEC’s 15th annual Treehuggers' Ball! The festivities begin at 9:30 p.m. at the Calamity Café - located on the corner of 3rd Ave. & Hal Greer Blvd., Huntington. The musical line-up is Them Others, Paige Dalporto and Big Rock & the CandyAss Mountain Boys.

Those of you who have been nearly choked to death by cigarette fumes in past years will be glad to know smoking is no longer allowed in the Café.

Our list of items for the Silent Auction include:

HUNTINGTON HEALTH FAIR 

On Saturday June 5 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., the Huntington Branch of the NAACP presents a Health Fair at the AD Lewis Center (1450 A.D. Lewis Ave., at 10th & 11th Ave. and Hal Greer in Huntington). OVEC will have a booth at the event with information on environmental toxins and voter registration.
