Watch for the segment on the Mine Safety and Health Administration's outrageous treatment of Jack Spadaro, a coal sludge impoundment expert (and OVEC member!) who dared to speak up about the Massey Energy coal sludge disaster. You'll see footage of Massey Energy's Brushy Fork impoundment. You may even see some of your friends, since 60 Minutes filmed at our Bring Back Jack campaign kick-off event. ARCH COAL WV Supreme Court Justices really grilled the Arch Coal lawyer who is trying to help Arch boot OVEC members Lucille and Leon Miller off their homeplace on the Mud River in Lincoln County.
